Bin Bros LLC ("Bin Bros," "we," "us") provides residential trash bin cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, and disinfecting services in the Oklahoma City Metro area.
Services are scheduled the day following your regular trash collection. Monthly service rotates every 4 weeks, bi-monthly every 8 weeks, and quarterly every 12 weeks — always on the same day of the week. Please leave your trash bins empty at the curb on the morning of your scheduled cleaning. Refunds will not be issued if bins are full and unable to be cleaned.
Please notify Bin Bros of any scheduling conflicts at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning. Bin Bros reserves the right to reschedule service due to holidays, inclement weather, or changes in the trash collection company's schedule that may affect our equipment's operation.
Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Recurring plans are charged automatically per the selected frequency (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). By purchasing a plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file until you cancel.
You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting us at lyndsi@binbrosok.com. Please provide at least 48 hours notice before your next scheduled service to avoid being charged for that service.
Bin Bros is not liable for damage to bins that are already in poor condition prior to cleaning. We exercise reasonable care during all services.

Message Types: If you opt in, you may receive text messages from Bin Bros including appointment confirmations, service reminders, scheduling updates, and/or promotional offers depending on your consent selections.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your service schedule and selections.
Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt-in.

Notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning for any scheduling conflicts. Service may be rescheduled by Bin Bros due to holidays, inclement weather, or changes in trash collection schedules.
Upgrade, downgrade, or switch frequency anytime. Changes take effect next billing cycle.
