Due to the price of gas and the maintenance of our vehicle, if your bins are full or not accessible at the time of service, you will be charged for that visit. Please call or email to reschedule your visit prior to our arrival.

Cancellation process: At Bin Bros, we value your commitment to our services and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our subscription policy. Our pricing structure is based on an annual continuous subscription model that will automatically renew each year until you decide to cancel. To initiate the cancellation of our services, a written request is required, which must be submitted more than 24 hours prior to your next scheduled visit.

If you choose to cancel your subscription within the first 12 months, please be aware that Bin Bros reserves the right to charge $10 per bin for any remaining visits in that initial 12-month period, based on your current subscription plan. Furthermore, if a cancellation request is received after your first cleaning service, we will send you an invoice reflecting the difference between your subscription rate and the costs associated with a 'one-time clean.'

To formally request the cancellation of your services, please send an email to contact@binbrosok.com. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with exceptional service during your time with Bin Bros. Please be sure to include your address, contact information and reason for cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been processed.
